1. Proof Required for Refunds & Returns

When you receive your parcel, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video before opening it fully.

The video must show:

If a defect or damage is visible in the video, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

If no video is provided, or the damage is not visible in the video, we will not entertain the refund or return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care and hygiene products.

Opened or used consumables.

Customized or special-order products.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your proof video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If payment was made via cash on delivery, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect and you have provided a valid unboxing video as proof.
5. Return Shipping

If your video proof is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective or incorrect items.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or damage, you will be responsible for return shipping.
